RETURNS & REFUNDS:
-I do not accept returns, except if an item is grossly misrepresented. If you want a full refund, I expect the item returned to me, and you pay that cost. I will refund full purchase and shipping price once the item gets back to me. If you're unhappy with your purchase - a partial refund may become available. Just contact me! I try to work with all buyers to make sure they are happy and satisfied with their item.
PAYMENT:
Paypal only. I expect payment within about 5 days of someone placing an order. Willing to HOLD items if communication is established via messages through eCrater.

-I try to describe all items as a collector would look at them but it's part of the buyers responsibility to decide if the item is up to their own personal standards. I am human! I miss things. Sometimes large things. We all make mistakes. I believe that pictures speak louder than words, and I use a high quality camera to take large, high quality images. Please examine them carefully. If you need extra pictures or more details on the description, please contact me. It is always possible for me to make a terrible mistake and misrepresent an item. I do my best to describe all ponies as I would like to hear them described, as I am a collector myself.
SHIPPING:
-Located in the US - all shipping prices will be based off of USPS.com postage prices and my own personal postage scale. Handling time may vary from 2-5 days as I travel often for business and do not take any items to ship out with me.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please be aware that USPS just hiked all of our International rates to ship overseas! THEY ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH! I cannot do anything about it! If you'd like a specific country shipping rate not listed in the country options- please MESSAGE ME and I will quote you for your country.
